Unhealthy to Very Unhealthy Conditions In Del Norte County
The Clean Air Shelters in Crescent City and Smith River are open and still have masks available. Addresses below.
Kids masks are available at the Family Resource Center located at 494 Pacific Ave.
All DN county schools will remain open unless emergency conditions exist, such as imminent fire danger, evacuations, or AQI over 301. All district transportation will also continue to operate as normally scheduled.
If any of these emergency conditions become a concern in Del Norte County, we will work closely with local law enforcement, fire officials, and the Office of Emergency Services to plan our responses and provide accurate, timely, and safe direction.

N95 wildland approved masks are being given away at the clean air shelters located at the Family Resource Center, 494 Pacific Ave. and the Xaa,-wan'-k'wvt Village and Resort (formerly Ship Ashore) 12370 Hwy 101 N., Smith River
Masks are available at Woodland Villa in Klamath after 2 pm today. Free to public.
You can also stop by Beachfront Park to get one.
09/02/17 - A Clean Air Shelter has been set up in Crescent City at the Family Resource Center located at 494 Pacific Ave. The Family Resource Center is closed for the day. It will be open tomorrow, Sept. 3, from 10am to 8pm.

Tsunami Lanes Bowling Alley, located at 760 L Street in Crescent City - Open during regular bowling alley hours posted at location.
Xaa-wan'-k'wvt Village and Resort (formerly Ship Ashore), 12370 Hwy 101 N., Smith River (closed 8p to 6a)
